State v. T.G. – Not Guilty of All Charges – Fulton County State Court

Our client was charged with DUI, DUI Per Se, Speeding more than 110 mph, and failure to maintain lane. We tried this case to jury, and our client was found not guilty of all charges. This case originated in Atlanta Municipal Court, and it was tried in the Fulton County State Court.
