State of Georgia V. N.P.
TWIGGS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
Our client was stopped at one of the infamous “fake” roadblocks on I-16 in Twiggs County, Georgia. He was subsequently charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and an open container of alcohol. With the filing of a very detailed motion to suppress the multi-jurisdictional roadblock, we successfully resolved the case with a conditional discharge plea to the possession of cocaine charge. Our client received 12 months of probation and a $1,000.00 fine. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, our client’s cocaine charge will be dismissed.
Our client was represented by criminal defense attorney Ben Sessions.
