TIP OF THE DAY NO. 14: WHAT IF YOU JUST CAN’T AFFORD TO GET THE TREATMENT YOU NEED AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT?

For many of my clients, getting the treatment and medical care that they need after a car accident is extremely difficult or seemingly impossible. Many of my clients need top-notch medical care and they do not have the resources (quality health insurance plan) needed to get the medical treatment they need. This is an all-too-common situation for many people injured in car wrecks.

If you are in this situation, do not be overwhelmed. Do not give up on your case because you cannot get the help that you need. Take each day as it comes, and do what you can to get the treatment that you can. Go to the emergency room. Go to a chiropractor that will accept patients that do not have health insurance. Neither of these solutions are perfect, and they do not provide the care that many of our clients need. However, these are perfectly acceptable means of documenting the pain and suffering that you are undergoing, and they are far better than doing nothing.
